Therapist Preference Requests
If you have a preference for a particular therapist please make this known at the time of booking and we will try our best to accommodate your request. Your preference can be recorded when completing the booking form at checkout, or by calling our reception staff on 020 3488 3268.
Therapist preference requests require a minimum of 24 hours notice.
Due to tight booking schedules we cannot guarantee your choice of therapist but will do everything we can to fulfil your request. If your request cannot be fulfilled we will contact you in advance of your booking to allow you the option of rescheduling your appointment.
